The new NPSA guide to good practice, Seven Steps to Patient Safety:
NHS organisations will be offered practical guidance and support to improve patient safety, with a first ever step-by-step guide launched today by the National Patient Safety Agency (NPSA), and a new network of patient safety managers across England and Wales. The new NPSA guide to good practice, Seven Steps to Patient Safety, lists actions that NHS organisations can take to improve patient safety locally and will help them meet current clinical governance, risk management and controls assurance targets.
